Real Estate is a passion of mine that began at an early age when my Dad brought me along to observe , and then participate, as he collected rents, did repairs, performed maintenance and qualified new tenants on his own multi unit properties.
Part of dad’s legacy was this fatherly encouragement which ignited my lifelong and diverse career in real estate spanning over 30 years with extensive hands on residential and commercial experience in California, New York and Florida.
I have personally owned and managed my own collection of residential rental properties as well as wearing the hat of realtor, property manager and mortgage banker, in addition to running several other successful ventures. The combination of these skill sets, merged with my passion for multi unit properties, provides the strategic core of keen insight and innovative solutions that accomplish our clients goals quickly and efficiently.
